I truly enjoyed my stay at African Moon Corporate House. It's a quiet and excellent spot for an overnight visit. the breakfast was delicious, featuring fabulous food that I looked forward to each morning. the location is convenient and amazing, just an easy walk to St Michael's Church. Plus, it's close to nearby restaurants and the mall, situated in a safe area of Joburg. the daily service was good, and overall, this hotel met every demand!

The double room is inviting and has a fridge, an air conditioning, and a personal safe.

had really great stay for customer service and being considerate, the staff were accommodating, location was stunning near to the airport. there were exceptionally comfortable beds and a safe, central heating, and an ironing set in the standard double room.

This place was exceptionally comfortable and beautiful, featuring a private bathroom, and it was conveniently located near the airport, restaurants, and a mall.

Warm friendly greeting. Nothing was a problem, manager even organised a last minute sightseeing trip to avoid a 5 hr 'wait' at airport. Excellent position to access airport and wonderful to enjoy comfort after a week of overland camping trip. Would stay again

I stayed at a hotel close to the airport which made my travel arrangements very easy. The staff picked me up from the airport and even arranged some food and drinks for me after a long flight. They responded promptly to all my requests throughout my stay. Additionally, this hotel had clean facilities and a beautiful garden that I enjoyed.

The room was very well appointed and quite comfortable.

The sound of plumbing between the walls was very loud. We were woken a couple of times because the people in the room next door were using a shower, or bath, or toilet. This is unfortunate, since the hotel itself is quite nice.

The attention of the manager, Chris, was outstanding. Also, the decor of the room was nice.The hotel felt more like a home not a hotel.

The open shower was cool design-wise, but it tended to splash water on the floor outside of the shower enclosure. Also, our room had a sliding glass door which was not optimal for privacy.

The location is perfect for budget travelers due to its proximity to the airport. It's easy to get to and from the airport from the hotel, and the free shuttle service is a great addition. the rooms are tidy and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Breakfast is delicious and included in the rate.

The hotel's staff could benefit from better organization and communication skills.

The staff was more than accomdating. Even though our stay was during the World Cup, they were able to fill our days and find transportation for us. Loved the honour bar policy. It was also in an excellent location being so close to the airport. (Ten minutes). The staff and owners were extremely polite, generous and willing to help us out. It was greatly appreciated as this was our first trip to South Africa.

We did not like the "open concept" bathroom, it may suit some couples, but not us. Also, when the morning cleaning staff arrived they were extremely loud, moving furniture and talking loudly; all before 8am. Some "Do Not Disturb" hangers would have been appreciated as the cleaning staff came into our rooms while we were in bed or getting ready for the day. More night time staff would be apprecated. The air/heating is quite loud as well.

The hotel provided complimentary breakfast and airport shuttle. The location was convenient, close to the airport and easy to find. The staff was polite and helpful.

The hotel lacked ambiance and atmosphere. The room was outdated and could use some renovation.

I did enjoy my stay at African Moon Corporate House, it is a quiet place, not to far from the or Tambo Hotel. Good for business travellers and families. Interior designs are good and the amenities are well placed. The facilities are secure, remote controlled access, swimming pool, braai areas, bar, kitchen and Digital tv. Quiet neighborhood, access to shopping venues, especially dining outlets etc.

Services offered must be clarified with customers before they book in, for example, dining hours, specific conditions of the services offered by the establishment. Lack of Telephones in the rooms (or it might only be the room I stayed in - room 6). The save in the room was locked by the previous guest. The time of picking up guest at the airport or conference venues. Work on these and you will be even greater.

The room was very neat and tidy. Our reception was excellent. The bath and shower was spotless! It has a homey feeling, and the breakfast was very good.

We would advice dstv to enable more channels for viewing.
